Sept 8th Results

Way to go team!! Your kids are all amazing and Coach Rowser and I are very proud of them and their determination to finish that hard course up on the mountain.  The results are posted.  You can find them when you follow the link to the right of this page. Let your child rest, so they'll be ready to run on Monday.  We have a meet on Tuesday, September 13 in Draper at 14125 S Bangerter Parkway with APA Draper hosting.  Have a great weekend!

Meet Sept 8

This week we only have a meet on Thursday, it is the Summit Academy meet.  They have changed the address, here are the directions:

Take Bangerter to Draper and stay on Bangerter.  It will turn into Traverse Ridge Rd (there is a Chevron on the corner).  After that you will take the 3rd right which is Manilla Dr.  Next take a right on Steep Mountain Drive and follow it until it takes you to Flight Park North Side

2016 Season is here!

The 2016 season of Cross Country is here!

We are excited for this new season and hope that you enjoy it as much as we are planning to.  We had some fun events during the summer to start getting ready but now we are in full swing.

We are having a Kick-off party Friday Aug 19, at Coach Rowser's house.  It will be a potluck dinner, games, and a movie(McFarland,USA), so bring your favorite dish to share with everyone.

Please pay your fees in the office.  $50/season which includes a shirt to keep.

If you are planning on doing Jazz Band and are worried about any conflict, don't be.  Go ahead and do both.  Jazz Band meets every Tuesday.  Miss practice on Tuesdays and leave Jazz Band a little early on the two Tuesdays we have meets.

Get your friends to join.  The shirts will be printed on Friday, so we need dues paid and the team mostly put together by then.
